Enter: The Mario Bros.
Welp, time for another page.
Finally, some dialogue. In this comic, I really wanted the Brothers Mario to have some more brotherly interactions than we're used to seeing. That includes playful teasing and banter, of course.
I kinda wished you'd give them *noticeable* Italian accents
@Master_72: Honestly, I think that'd be a bit grating to the reader, after a while. I figured I'd just leave it up to you guys to give the characters any kind of voice you feel they should have, in your head. That's the beauty of literature. ;)
My excitement grows with each new page. Good stuff. Can't wait 'till next Friday.
D'aww brotherly fighting
@Danny8bit: Really liked how this turned out, especially Mario trying to get the princess and Luigi laughing about it.
Neat beans bro
I'm already in love the relationship between the two bros haha
I'm already in love with this comic, lol
I already like this comic a lot. ^-^
Oh, "NEW" Super Mario Adventures so it like the old Nintendo power comics remade right?
This comic is pure gold. Keep it up!
Perfect way to start off the series. I like the idea of having the mario bros. meet princess peach by being hired to fix the castles plumbing. You guys should make a seperate issue sometime in the future that takes the mario bros back to the brooklyn days before they entered the mushroom kingdom. Back when mario was still a carpenter rescuing his old girlfriend Pauline from Donkey Kong.
Guys, you kept on trying to find out what game this is from...
It's Super Mario 64. Notice how the castle is set up? Waterfall to the left of it, and a yellowed sandy path leading to it. A cobblestone bridge up at the front. All this is pointing to 64.
@Leroy: This comic isn't based off of any specific game... It's an adaptation of the Mario series as a whole.
